Hemingway’s Ortolan

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Ortolan Rosolio

1 oz Light Rum

1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice

1/2 oz Lime Juice

1/4 oz Agave Syrup (optional)

GLASSWARE

Coupe or Nick and Nora

PREP

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain into glass.

OPTIONAL GARNISH

Maraschino Cherry, Lime Twist, or Rose Petal
