Ortolan and Soda

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ oz Ortolan Rosolio

4 ½ oz Soda Water

Generous Lime Wedge

GLASSWARE

Highball or wine glass

PREP

Combine ingredients in glass, over ice; add lime wedge or serve on rim and squeeze and stir to elicit color change.
