Ortolan Cooler

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Ortolan Rosolio

1 1/2 oz Calvados or Cognac

3/4 oz Lime Juice

1/4 oz Maple Syrup

Soda Water

GLASSWARE

Highball

PREP

Mix the calvados/cognac, lime juice and maple syrup at the base of a glass. Add ice and soda water, leaving some room at the top. Gently pour in the Ortolan to “sink” it to the bottom of the glass. Serve with a straw.
