Ortolan Fashioned

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Ortolan Rosolio

1 oz Bourbon Whiskey

3 Whole, Roasted Coffee Beans (optional)

GLASSWARE

Old Fashioned Glass

PREP

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir thoroughly and smoothly. Strain into a chilled glass with a large ice cube, reserving the coffee beans (they add a warmth and richness). If using, squeeze and flame the orange peel above the glass before serving.
