Ortolan Fizz

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Ortolan Rosolio

1 oz Gin (London Dry)

1/4 oz Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

2 oz Soda Water

GLASSWARE

Highball

PREP

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, holding the shaker together firmly, strain into a highball over ice.
