Ortolan in a Pear Tree

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 oz Ortolan Rosolio

1 1/4 oz Poire William/Pear Brandy (white)

Drop of cardamom or orange bitters (optional)

GLASSWARE

Martini Glass or Nick and Nora

PREP

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir thoroughly and smoothly. Strain into a chilled glass.

OPTIONAL GARNISH

Fresh thyme, orange twist, pear slice
