Ortolan Mimosa

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Ortolan Rosolio

1.5 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

3 oz Champagne or similar

GLASSWARE

Champagne Flute or Wine glass

PREP

Pour Ortolan and orange juice into flute/glass and stir gently to combine. Top with champagne and stir .

OPTIONAL GARNISH

Orange zest/slice, rose petal
