Ortolan Royale

INGREDIENTS

3/4 oz Ortolan Rosolio

4 oz Champagne (Extra Brut or Non Dosage preferred, chilled)

GLASSWARE

Champagne coupe, flute, or white wine glass

PREP

Add champagne to glass, then pour in the Ortolan. Stir gently.

Rose or rose petal
