Ortolan Spritz

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Ortolan Rosolio

3 oz Prosecco

Dash of Club Soda (optional)

Generous Lime/Lemon Wedge/Wheel

Wine Glass

PREP

Pour the prosecco into a wine glass with abundant ice, followed by the Ortolan. Stir gently then top with club soda (optional), and add the lime/lemon wedge or wheel. The drink will slowly become more pink as the citrus integrates into it.
