The Narrow Way (Ortolan Martini)

Inspired by Anne Brontë:

“Who dares not grasp the thorn,

Should never crave the rose.”

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Ortolan Rosolio

1 1/2 oz Gin (London Dry)

Castelvetrano olive, 1/4 oz olive juice (optional, for dirty)

GLASSWARE

Martini Glass or coupe

PREP

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir thoroughly and smoothly. Strain into a chilled glass.

OPTIONAL GARNISH

Castelvetrano Olive, Lemon/Orange twist
